Definition Shareholder Value. Description.
Shareholder Value is the total return to the stockholders in terms of both dividends and share price growth, calculated as the Present Value of Future Cash-Flows of the business, discounted at the Weighted Average Cost of Capital of the business less the Market Value of its debt.
