Definition Killer Bees. Description.


Killer Bees is a term for the following anti-takeover mechanism: investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, tax specialists are employed by a company to help in the case of a hostile takeover by utilizing various strategies, thereby making the target company economically less attractive and the acquisition more costly.
